Welcome to IELTS Mock Center. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using IELTS Mock Center, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including free and premium subscribers.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following criteria to use our services:

• You are at least 16 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not prohibited from using our services under applicable law
• You provide accurate and complete information during registration

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

• You may create an account using email or Google sign-in
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Guest Access

Guest users have limited access to our services. Your test history and progress will not be saved unless you create an account.

4. Services and Access Levels

4.1 Free Services

• Access to limited Reading and Listening tests
• Basic test results and band scores
• Standard test interface

4.2 Premium Services

• Unlimited access to all Reading, Writing, and Listening tests
• AI-powered Writing evaluation and feedback
• Detailed performance analytics
• Priority support

4.3 Speaking Tests

One-on-one Speaking tests are available as a separate service and require individual booking and payment.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

• All prices are displayed in USD or INR
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice
• Current users will be grandfathered at their original price for the duration of their subscription

5.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• We do not store your credit card information
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees

5.3 Lifetime Access

Premium "Lifetime Access" means access for the operational life of the platform. We reserve the right to discontinue services with reasonable notice.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Premium Subscription Refunds

• Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if no tests have been attempted
• Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for exceptional circumstances
• No refunds after 30 days of purchase

6.2 Speaking Test Refunds

• Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before scheduled time
• No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before scheduled time
• Rescheduling allowed once without penalty

6.3 Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at support@ieltsmockcenter.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute test content without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Circumvent access restrictions or payment systems
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Content

All content on IELTS Mock Center, including test questions, passages, audio files, design, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., writing responses). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it for evaluation, improvement of our services, and training AI models (anonymized).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IELTS Mock Center and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Actual IELTS test performance or outcomes
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IELTS Mock Center from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless specified in our Refund Policy.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to our platform or users.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between parties
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Binding arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IELTS Mock Center regarding use of our services.
